The over all form of the building is simple, but the character is in the smaller folds and pinches of the surface. Moves where the skin pulls back are thoughtful and have intent.

The building is an assimilation of simple cubes, but the circle on the cubes give the cubes a face and accentuate when one is turned. Although not as contemporary as Hadid's work, the collective object of the smaller objects expresses a distinct composition and character.
