Veronka's Next Step for Aimation
My next step would be to continue with the storyline created. I will remove the particles because that didn't tie well and it was too many different things happening. I will focus on the object absorbing and deforming the environment. The object will be in scale similar to those objects it effects. Instead of the rectilinear shapes, I will create looser forms that mimic the form of the original animated object. I envision the animation to be once again a long procession. I am uncertain if I will have the main object deform along with the adjacent background at the same time. I am afraid that it might be distracting. I will attempt both scenarios and see what works better. I also desire for those background objects to be architectural and not blobby. I will present a few iterations to you in order to see what is most successful.
Jaime Rivera_Animation Abstract
I am interested in the architectural qualities of an
inanimate object transitioning to enclosed spaces. These spaces giving the object
a sense of scale, as well as mood. In particularly looking into light as a way
to give life to the object. How does the light texture and sequence affect the
way the object is perceived and experienced?

Patrick and Tomohiro Yanagisawa_Animation Concept
We are interested in animating the constant translation and deformation of architectural and structural elements. Also using the environmental lighting system and textures with different articulation to delineate the surface condition and their relationship with the architecture(example included in the Louis Kahn Time lapse video)

The video below, "Cosmic Voyage", is what we're aiming for in terms of sequencing the animation. We are interested in the change of scale from micro to macro.
We are drawing inspiration from the video below, focusing on the architectural qualities of texture, light/shade gradients, and movement. We would like to portray the "slow" and/or "quiet" qualities of an environment. We are interested in using camera techniques such as lateral panning and split-screen displays to highlight characteristics including rhythm of textures, changes in scale, and lighting time lapses.

Transformation
While physical form can be defined in terms of static coordinates, the virtual force of the environment in which it is designed contributes to its shape. My animation studies focuses on the transformation from a simple and single geometry to a multiple and interrelated accumulation, through variety of forces. Force and motion are eliminated from form, and only to be reintroduced after the fact of design. However, animate design is defined by the co-presence of motion and force at the moment of formal conception. Force is an initial condition, the cause of both motion and the particular inflections of a form.Universiteit Twente | Animation
Flow
Flowing my little movie:
Basically, I was using cluster deformers and nparticle emitting from object, trying to simulate one changing object dissolving into small particles. I am still trying to find a way to do this right, to control and constrain the random generating particles to a certain form.
